For clinics that also use Accuro, wawa keeps both systems in step:
- From Accuro: appointments into the wawa calendar, and users and providers.
- To Accuro: new wawa patients, and documents (invoices, quotes, forms and surveys, consents, cycle history) filed into Accuro folders. Survey letters are sent as Accuro letters.
- Accuro can open a patient directly in wawa.
What we need from you

Setting it up
Contact us to set up the integration. Then, under Settings → Integrations → Accuro, enter the UUID and subscription key, click Update connection to authorise, and map providers and appointment types.
Appointments sync automatically; new Accuro patients are fetched with Get new patients from Accuro on the patient list. Errors are shown in the log on the settings page.
