The CHLOE integration brings embryo data analysed by CHLOE from EmbryoScope time-lapse imaging into wawa. Link a cycle to its CHLOE treatment and sync gradings, scores and images into the embryology record.
What we need from you

One CHLOE connection per account is supported.
Setting it up
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Chloe.
- On Chloe Servers, add a server with a name, the region's API URL and authentication URL, and the CHLOE username and password. Click Test Connection. wawa manages authentication from then on.
- On Configuration, turn on Enable Chloe Integration. Show Testing Phase Banner (on by default) shows a notice on the culture view while you validate the integration; turn it off at go-live.
Once enabled, linked cycles are also synced automatically three times a day.
Linking a cycle
Before linking, the cycle needs an aspiration recorded and fertilised embryos: the sync matches fertilised embryos to CHLOE wells by position (first embryo to well 1, and so on).
- Open the cycle's CHLOE section.
- Confirm the patient (wawa shows CHLOE's name and date of birth for comparison).
- Choose the treatment and click Link. A failed link saves nothing and can be retried.
- Click Sync at any time to pull the latest data.

Viewing well details
After a sync, click an embryo's well detail to see its full CHLOE data:
- Overview: EQ score, blast score, rank and flags.
- Morphokinetics: timed events grouped by development day (shown when the embryo has morphokinetic events).
- Images: the downloaded images for each day.
If something goes wrong
If one embryo fails to sync the rest still complete; errors appear on the Events tab (Settings → Integrations → Chloe → Events).
Unlinking a cycle
Open the cycle's CHLOE section and click Unlink. This removes the synced CHLOE scores and well details, the downloaded images, and resets gradings to blank. The patient link is kept, so re-linking later doesn't need the patient ID again.
