Supported browsers
Clinic staff: use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, kept up to date, on a computer. Patients can use any up-to-date browser, or the wawa fertility app.

- Brave, Opera, Vivaldi, Samsung Internet
Shows This browser is not fully supported, which you can close. Usually works; we fix reported problems case by case.
Not supported
- Internet Explorer
- The original Microsoft Edge, replaced in 2020
- Out-of-date Chrome or Edge
wawa does not open. It shows This browser is not supported or Please update your browser.
Setting up clinic computers
Keep Chrome or Edge up to date
They update themselves; restart when asked. Check in chrome://settings/help or edge://settings/help. If IT
manages updates, stay within the latest two versions.
Make it the default browser
So links from email and other apps open wawa there. Safari is the default on a new Mac.
Use a computer
wawa for clinic staff is designed for computer screens. On tablets and phones, some screens are cramped.
Allow camera and microphone
Video calls need both. Screen sharing works from a computer only: phones and tablets can join a call but not share.
Patients
Patients are not limited to Chrome and Edge. They can use the wawa fertility app, or the patient portal in an up-to-date Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a phone, tablet or computer.
Reporting a browser problem
- Reset the zoom to 100% (Ctrl+0, or Cmd+0 on a Mac) and reload.
- Try Chrome or Edge. If the page works there, use that browser for now.
- Tell us from the chat launcher in wawa, or through your implementation contact (see Support). Include the browser and its version, the page, what happened and when, and a screenshot or recording if you can.

Minimum versions, for IT teams
Below these versions wawa cannot display correctly, whatever the support level. Chrome and Edge for clinic staff must be up to date anyway, so these matter for patients and for browsers that are not fully supported.
